Rejected Warning for RDM | Bill Austin

In the thread I put in the proofs section, I was punished for GR 6.15. There's a couple issues in this scenario, I'll start one by one:

1. In the first POV (

) it shows ID 283322 shooting ID 281497 without giving demands either. Then, ID 281497 fired back after they were shot by ID 283322. After this happened, I (ID 285130) began shooting, which would be a RP situation as there was people dying and bullets being fired, meaning it has become an RP situation.

2. In that same POV (

), it shows that I did not kill anyone either. So, in that POV, ID 283322 was killed by ID 294703 but that same person was not punished for RDM (?). In this case, the person who actually killed someone without giving demands wasn't punished, but the person who shot 2 bullets and didn't kill anyone was.

3. Both POVs do not show me (ID 285130) killing anyone. I might've shot someone, but that was an RP situation as bullets were being fired nonetheless. Respectfully, it just doesn't make any sense why I was warned for not killing anyone.

And just for clarification, second POV (

) doesn't include me shooting whatsoever or even holding a weapon. The only reason I got warned in this whole situation was because I shot 2 bullets in an RP situation. Not to mention, in the second POV, ID 283322 was shot at except they didn't start running around or try to take cover, wouldn't this be considered FearRP? THIS IS NOT AN APPEAL. MY WARNING WAS ALREADY REMOVED. I am simply making a complaint about the administrator who dealt with the report thread ID 400329 as they didn't look closely enough into the POVs shown.
