As can be seen in the pov, the police officer who does not have a corruption bio accepts my request for a lawyer.
He gives me to the police, who has a corruption bio, and this police does not call a lawyer. they don't have any other reason to change drivers and they don't have any communication, they probably do meta gaming as well.
