Reviewed stealing cars in green zone and fail rp driving | 101500

My car was stolen in a green zone and the guy went off road in it and was hacking as I shot him 3 times in the head and didnt die. I even have the rev skill aswell. at the start of the video, you see the zone it was stolen in and at 7:38 it was fail rp driving and hacking.

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Deny this report.

• The circle does not clearly show that the car is in the hotel parking.
• However, both ID 101500 & 70880 will receive a punishment for FailRP Driving.
