2.I want to be a leader of the NG because it's the only organization where I feel comfortable. So far I've done 5 terms in NG, the first 3 under Papa Valeri and Evangelia Papakosta with both I was HC and under Eva I was Deputy Leader...I was in Marabunta HC I was in GOV I was in LSPD and I was 2 Terms as HC in NG under Gregory House in his 2nd term, I was Major General Rank 28 and was able to gain many impressions of leadership there again and Gregory House taught me a lot about what all leaders should bring with them.
I think the NG deserves to have an "old hand" as a leader so that the NG can play at the front again. the reputation of the national guard has suffered a lot because many mistakes were made, that doesn't necessarily have to do with the leaders but with the members who don't act properly, and that's where I want to intervene, I want my members to be trained exactly how do I arrest someone, how do I give calls and, above all, how do I activate my bodycam...since I've been back in GOV I've seen many cases where the arresting officers didn't have a valid bodycam or no bodycam at all and stuff like that it does not work.
And finally, I would like to become the leader of the NG, because the NG is the only ORg where I really feel comfortable, because that's where my best experiences are
3. My advice for improving the RP in the NG is simply a sensible training concept that everyone who joins has to go through and which is also checked. I have a strong and experienced team behind me, which supports me and will stand by me as HC's. I want to bring NG back to the front...No Empty Gates, No Empty Promises.

I dont have my own Ranking system because i liked the system from Gregory House and i wanna take this back..
I've been on Grand RP for a very long time and I want to bring all of my experience to NG. I would like to spend my time as a leader without warnings.
