You are not swimming in the water, you are out of the water and a certain part of you is in the water.

1st- You were on the aircraft and jumped into water when leos shot you we can shoot you if you do that 2nd- when i shot you, you were standing on the ladder then again jumped into the water and died. you are abusing the water whenever you get shot
