Life Story:
Ivar was born in a sketchy neighborhood filled with crime and gangs. His family was poor and struggling to make a living and Ivar did everything in his power to help them and make an income for the family, mostly because of his younger brother, whom he loved deeply. That's why he started dealing drugs and taking part in other petty crimes, at a young age such as street fights and pickpocketing. Later on he started getting into more serious crimes like gun trafficking and armed robberies. After his arrest for a petty theft, the police officer who arrested him, took pity on him and let him go with the promise that he will turn his life around. Ivar, who never saw good from anyone he was touched by the kindness of the officer, so he made the decission to go back to school. He graduated and got into the Police Academy.
Career Story:
After graduating from the Police Academy, he joined SAHP and he was finally officially an officer. He quickly rose through the ranks, and gained the respect of other officers very fast. He jumped through the ranks fast, going from probie to Chief of Swat in a matter of a few months, showing incredible leadership skills and professionalism, leading the higher ups to notice him and promote him. Due to his position and the power that it holds, Ivar began to getting greedy and wanting more. More money and more power. After getting a tip for a heavy weapon cargo in a plane and successfully busting it, he realised that whatever position he got in the SAHP would never bring him enough money to fulfill his lust for wealth. So he decided to take matters into his own hands and that's how he started getting lost into corruption.
Outcomes:
1 - Ivar can take bribes up to 100k to help out his family with money.
2 - Ivar can take guns and all illegal items from 10-15's.
3 - Ivar can sell and buy any gun on the black market to make money. (No org weapons)
4 - Ivar can take his org radio with him to connect on to the radio frequency of SAHP.
5 - Ivar can participate in any criminal activity with his family
6 - Ivar can break any law on or off duty (CCOP, firearm law, Penal Code, procedure for detention and arrest procedure)
7 - Ivar can lie about calling a lawyer and go ahead with processing the 10-15.
