Charles Oliveira was born on 10/17/1989 in the city of Sao Paulo. Charles was raised in the gritty streets of the favela called " Vicente de Carvalho" Charles' early life was marked by adversity and hardship. Growing up in a broken home, he lacked the stable family environment that many take for granted. As a teenager, Charles fell in with a rough crowd and quickly became acquainted with the darker side of the city. His involvement in petty crimes and gang activities allowed him to survive in an unforgiving environment. but it also shaped him into the hardened criminal he is today. Through his cunning and resourcefulness, he climbed the ranks within the criminal underworld, establishing a fearsome reputation as a cold-hearted enforcer. While selling drugs, Charles was caught by the police and he was given a 3-year sentence. When we got out he decided to migrate to the state of San Andreas. There he took MMA classes and competed in a couple of MMA fights. Charles eventually retired from being a mixed martial art fighter and tried a new career. That's when Charles heard about SAHP doing an open recruitment, he deiced to join.
Career Story :
Joining the San Andreas Highway Patrol gave Charles a new opportunity. At first, Charles's dedication and commitment to the SAHP were unwavering. He patrolled the highways diligently, responding to calls, issuing citations, and helping stranded motorists. His reputation grew, and he was recognized by the sheriff.
However, as time went on, Charles started to feel that the paychecks were not good enough. He witnessed the corrupt practices of his fellow officers and the unchecked abuse of authority. The allure of the criminal lifestyle began to whisper in his ear. Charles succumbed to the temptations of wealth, he began to accept bribes from fellow family members to let them go, accepting bribes from notorious criminal organizations to turn a blind eye to their activities, taking extra guns from the department armory and selling them, and many more.
