2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
  1. Making a Positive Impact: First reason for which I want to be the leader of SAHP is to make a positive impact on public safety and the community. By leading the organization, I can implement effective strategies, policies, and training programs that enhance road safety, reduce accidents, and protect the lives of both motorists and pedestrians.
  2. Promoting Professional Development: Me as the leader of SAHP can focus on fostering professional development within the organization. I can provide opportunities for my team members to improve their skills, receive advanced training, and excel in their careers. By nurturing talent and encouraging growth, I contribute to building a capable and dedicated workforce that can better serve the public.

Enhancing Collaboration and Coordination: Effective leadership is crucial for promoting collaboration and coordination among different departments and agencies involved in traffic enforcement and public safety. By leading SAHP, I can facilitate better communication and cooperation with other law enforcement agencies, emergency services, and local communities. 3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

I would improve RP experience or RP level of this organization by introducing new departments to the organization which I will talk about later in the answer but another thing is arranging Joint Patrols with LSPD and FIB more often so that my new team members get to know more people in other orgs. For example: when i first joined this city, my first org was SAHP itself but I didnt knew anyone here. After that I kept on serving and the term ended. I joined LSPD after that, then USSS, then FIB and then again SAHP, then again FIB then LI and then again SAHP. This means that I have served for 3 terms in SAHP and i know how it feels to be a newcomer and not knowing anyone. So I would encourage my team members a lot. So now let's come to introducing new departments, so there are already some departments in SAHP but I would like to add some more. Their names are as follows

1. Internal Affairs (I.A.)
2. Human Resources (H.R.)
3. Special Protection Guard (S.P.G.)
4. Highway Patrol (H.W.P.)
5. Special Weapons and Tactics (S.W.A.T.)
And if possible Undercover (U.C.) as well

Some of the departments that I mentioned above do already exist but some are new like SPG.
