2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Firstly, I have been not in all orgs but i have been in ng as a black commando on andrew hulks term and fib as Chief of staff in john profits term still i am chief of staff and i have experience on everyorg on en1 legal or illegal and i have leadership experience and i will make lspd on top as always i will make sure that my organization will have no problems with other organizations such as fib and sahp thanks for reading
Secondly, I have leadership experience and as most of the curators saw me on en3 fib i have patience and i am good at my work i work hard and protect the city of los santos
Lastly, I am dedicated to making a positive impact on the community. As the leader of the LSPD, I will work tirelessly to reduce crime rates, improve community relations, and foster a culture of trust and respect between law enforcement and the community.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
i will make lspd an good organization as we will respond to every 911 call we will get on pda and i have some good changes that i will make for lspd if the curators will approve it lspd will take part of every event such as subs and informant and others...
Secondly, i will make some global events every day and the prize of the global event will be maximum upto 500k and if curators approves it of course
Lastly. if someone wants to join lspd they will need to know every rule of legal org and 10 years in city maximum and experience in sahp as always i will end my word if curators approve it
The Departments i will have as LSPD Leader
Swat : A SWAT agent's job is to handle high-risk situations that are beyond the scope of regular police officers. They are trained to respond to and resolve situations such as hostage crises, terrorist incidents, and heavily armed and dangerous suspects.
