Rejected blocked for bym bot but I am not a bot

I was trying to get my 2000 pull ups done at the hotel spa Gym, next thing I know I was disconnected, when I relogged I had the message that my account was blocked for Bym bot by Gregory house. I have no clue how to use any sort of bots, I haven't installed any kind of software or anything of the sort. Granted I wasn't paying attention to my screen and I did not have any sound on because I was working on my laptop next to my computer at the same time and I was pressing the E key on my keyboard, so if someone talked to me I did not hear or see them. But if I am physically pressing the E button is it considered botting because I don't look at my screen while I do it ? I am very much a human not a bot ! (At least I think so).
Please enlighten me if that is not allowed. And please remove the block! You can also check my computer if you need to see if I have any kind of bot thing on it and you will see it doesn't have anything on there.
