Hello Lebron today I present you this form which was reject and I received Fear Rp let me start point out face and some evidence for you.
1) yes Sub is IC event however the officer aren’t allowed to let me go and give me 5 sec to run (time stamp 1:10-1:20)
2) I then left and they starting shooting me outside event area subs ( time stamp 1:20-1:50)
"The Suspect was never placed under Arrest (No Charges were stated and/or it was never stated that they were under Arrest) they were only Cuffed (therefore they were Detained Only)
The LEOs only Cuffed them and Healed them with the clear intention to Confiscate their Items not to Charge with a Crime and Arrest.
As stated already, there was no Arrest, therefore 7.1 of the Civil Code does not apply.
The Suspect requested a Lawyer due to the clear intent to disregard their rights and no Lawyer was called further disregarding their rights.
This is Rule of State 1.8 for FIB and 6.4 for all the FIB present (including the Leader)
If it was proved that the LEOs shot first (before the Bodycam shown) then the Suspect was by Law defending themselves from an unlawful attack and any Arrest (and confiscation) would have been invalid.
On that: The first shots in the Bodycam that IS shown has LEOs shooting outside the room before the Suspect shot."
