Jess was born in Los Angeles, in the year 2001. Her father was a criminal mastermind and Jess always wanted to follow in her fathers footsteps, her mother died in a car crash when Jess was only 11 years old. As Jess grew up in a poor neighbourhood and her family struggled to afford to put food on the table, she started crime at the age of 14. She started out robbing ATM's and stealing peoples cash behind their backs, as her family went further and further into debt she started murdering police to hide her tracks and exchanging hostages for cash. She eventually got caught and ended up with 5 years in jail, once making it out she wanted to turn to a new life, she moved to Los Santos and join the National Guard. This gave her a consistent income and would allow her to get some money to eventually fly back home and help her family.
Career Story: 100-350 Words
When Jess moved to Los Santos and joined National Guard, she started to see lots of crimes over the time and this reminded her of her old life, she started to become obsessed with this and would secretly start doing crime of her own. She started taking the people she was arresting and stealing their guns and cash in return for her to let them go free, she would inject or threaten lawyers to find out information and keep her corruption as a secret. She had secret places around Sandy Shores she would take her 10-15's and this is where she would steal guns, ammo, drugs, cash and other illegal items. She would smash bodycams, this helps her to never ever be found out. She would no longer be threatened, she would be the one threatening.
Outcomes:
1 - Jess can take bribes up to 100k to help out her family with money. (Cant take bribe for being hostage)
2 - Jess can take illegal items from 10-15's.
3 - She can use lethal and truth serums to get her own way.
4 - Jess can use lethal force if made angry. (Within RP Reason and not violating GR 6.15)
5 - Jess can give fake charges to a 10-15. (Within RP reason)
6 - Jess can choose not to show ID if she wishes, on or off duty alongside also using her org radio. Also she can reject peoples lawyers. She can use her ID whilst off duty to get out of situations.
7 - Jess can use heavy snipers or painted/illegal weapons on or off duty.
8 - Jess can let people go free if she wishes if they're a family member of a friend.
9 - Jess can do criminal activity with her family.
10 - Jess can smash bodycams if she feels the need to. (2 tries per situation using /try find bodycam and /do smashes it)
