2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- I was confronted by a group of loyal followers, eyes filled with skepticism and wariness. They had known only one leader, I am the leader who always instilled fear and commanded respect with an iron fist. But now, I stood before them, ready to make my case, to prove that I could be a better leader, a leader they could truly rally behind. I am a better leader because I possess a unique set of qualities and experiences that distinguish me from others. These qualities make me not only capable but also deserving of the role of a leader of Ballas. I wanna take this opportunity again to Make one of the most successful terms again. In my few previous terms, I made many gangs the most active and dominating in the city. I wanna be the leader again as there are a lot of things and new ideas I have in my mind to get the gang on another level of success again. From the first day in the city, I have always been in the gangs and did gang stuff for the last 2.5 years. I have also been a deputy in many terms on all the servers and led many gangs to the top. Not only I have been a gang leader multiple times, but I have also been an NG leader and had one of the most successful terms. I always maintained a clean term and finished all my terms without any warning or even a verbal, As I really take it upon myself to really work for the organization and spend hours of time improving the quality of RP and the gang itself. So knowing everything in detail from each side and having more experience than anyone here I proved myself in all orgs and now its time for me to take the Leadership of Ballas and show the server how we Truly run a gang.
- As I did in the past I will make sure that everyone has their specific work and jobs to do. I will have all the deputies from different zones again so that we can do all the events regularly and without skipping. I will also make sure that everyone in my gang knows how to do/participate in different events and how everything works, So all the people in my gang will be equally skilled and capable of doing things on their own too. I always give big bonuses in my term to keep the gang members motivated and to get their loyalty towards the gang. As I truly believe in that offering big bonuses to your gang members is an effective strategy to foster loyalty and enhance their motivation and productivity within the gang. By providing substantial financial incentives, I can create a sense of appreciation and reward that encourages them to remain dedicated and actively contribute to the gang's success and their own too. I will make sure that my gang doesn't break any rules so we don't get any warns or punishments that can harm the gang. I can guarantee that I will make my term the cleanest and best term ever.
- I have never seen a person more uttered or dedicated than me. I know I can make any gang successful with the amount of skills and knowledge I have. I am more than ready to take the lead again and give Ballas its best Leader.
