2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1. I think and Im right when I say this and its not discrimination of server, but I don't see any of rp here, everyone cares for money and shooting, every /me, /do and /try is written. When People is Recruited HR dont ask them to know this codes, bcs script writes everything. and Im here to change it and make it rp. Every of person who will need to be in LSPD will be highly checked for rp knowledge.
2. I always loved State orgs, bcs there was something logycal but still not as high rp as I wanted. So by my leadership I want to run RP and make LSPD never ever happened.
3. I just want to thank grand rp for being my first server ever and take my name to its history.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
To provide you with a better understanding of my capabilities, I have held significant leadership positions in various organizations. As the DHOD of HR and IA for two terms - FIB. I have gained valuable experience in managing personnel, maintaining internal affairs, and fostering a positive work culture. This role has honed my skills in effective communication, conflict resolution, and ensuring the smooth functioning of departmental operations. Additionally, my experience as the Leader of LifeInvader (television) has equipped me with the necessary skills to handle media relations and foster public engagement. I have successfully led a team responsible for creating engaging content and promoting community interactions. This experience will be instrumental in establishing effective communication channels between the LSPD and the wider community. Furthermore, my tenure as the Head of Recruitment Representative at the National Guard has given me exposure to the intricacies of recruitment and selection processes. I have developed a keen eye for identifying talented individuals and nurturing their skills through comprehensive training programs. By applying these skills, I aim to build a capable and dedicated team within the LSPD, ensuring that only highly knowledgeable role players are part of our ranks. One of my key priorities as the leader of the LSPD will be to foster an environment where non-roleplay incidents are strictly discouraged. I am committed to enforcing and upholding a high standard of roleplaying within the department. By promoting professionalism, adherence to guidelines, and accountability, I will work diligently to create a setting where every member can fully immerse themselves in their roles. To enhance the experience for all players, I will organize regular events that encourage collaboration, teamwork, and fun. These events will serve as opportunities for members of the LSPD to showcase their skills, engage with the wider community, and strengthen their connections with other organizations.
