First and foremost I would like to to thank Bobby for taking the time out to review this thread. Inshallah with a good mood.
I was banned for GR 1.9 for evading TAX of a juice shop business.
I understand this rule is my second time with it as my first one was of my misunderstanding of a ghetto house and I appreciate Bobby allowing me a second chance. But today I make an appeal of my innocence and not by guilt. With all due respect.
I believe this is a misunderstanding from Floki all due respect to him.
Context:
I have brought some grand coins with IRL money and sold them and saved a lot of money from odd jobs and re selling stuff from auctions.
I have saved a nice amount and brought a house with helipad but my intention was to buy a business and I have put up adds in GRP market place discord for such until my friend Mark Hobbs who I am really good friends with and have been together since EN1 posted a AD selling his juice shop. I was interested and he was keen on selling it to me with a friends and family discount of 100k from the asking price.
He believed in me and said I would do a better job hence he gave me a good price of 4.7m when he advertised it for 4.8m. I accepted and brought it off him for the correct price as agreed on.
And because he owned the juice shop he also had the resources to run the business which I later on the same day brought of him with money and told him I will pay the rest of the money for the ingredients later as I grind the business.
Brief:
- I had legit money no rule breaks.
- I was keen on busying a business.
- Mark was selling his shop and sold it to me with a f&f discount of 100k but working state value.
- Mark sold me his resources of the business and gave me a receipt to pay the rest when I get money. (Resources and not the business).
Bobby with all due respect I am not sure how much of all this makes complete sense but I promise you me and mark have not broken this rule and was actually following it.
I brought the business with the intended price and I did not pass him more than 5m nor did I receive more than 5m.
Please Bobby if you may unban me so that I can pay for my hard earned belongings in game which I spent IRL money on/time to support the project and have fun.
