2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organisation? (List three reasons with an explanation)
~ l have been playing Grand Roleplay for about 2 years and 8 months. Throughout my time in grand I have invested a lot of time as a Law enforcement officer and joined each and every LEO organisation and each organisation I have managed to work to HOD and up. I got tired of LEO and decided to pursue my career in gang organisations where I even work to be under deputy and got a chance to be deputy for bloods and families
~ I believe I have the necessary skills and knowledge that would allow me to lead it flawlessly because of my leadership skills I have gained from deputy experience as well as my NG term. I would also like to bring the leaders of other orgs together; allowing us all to work in a respectful, strong environment, against the Law enforcement in the city and finally put Gangs on top!
~ With my experience I have listed about I will be focusing on making it one of the best terms after Daniel carters term and make not only vagos on top but gang organisations which will give law enforcement agents a tough time!
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
1.To improve the level and criteria of RP within the organisation is to implement a more Fun engaging , thorough, and rule-based Roleplay that would bring forth my people to excel and respect Role Playing scenarios. With this consistency my fellow gang members will excel in any RolePlay scenario they get placed in.
2. Will touch on my first point with detail, to engage more in script events and non - script events, Globals which will engage all Organisations and people in it. Making sure everyone is doing things on Rule Base which will not hurt other people's RolePlay experience.
3 .Creating a supportive culture within the organisation : we will be building a culture within the organisation where roleplay is valued and supported where we will encourage our fellow gang members and high command to participate in roleplay activities and set an example for others. Recognize and reward gang members who actively engage in roleplay and demonstrate growth in their skills in that way we are building even more and better leaders for the future.
5.Allowing for reflection and debriefing: Schedule time for my gang members who are interested to reflect on their roleplay experiences and talk about problems they have with these RolePlay, Conduct debriefing sessions where they can discuss challenges, lessons learned, and strategies for improvement to use in non - scripted and scripted events to our smart LEOS. This reflection process enhances the learning experience and helps participants to enhance and engage more in RolePlay and recognise their skills they've practiced.
Remember, the key to successful roleplay is creating a safe and supportive environment where people can experiment, learn, and grow. By implementing these points I have mentioned above you can enhance the roleplay experience in any organisation and promote the development of essential skills among our fellow Grand RP players!.
