๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ฉ๐ค๐ง๐ฎ: Zaki was born in a Los Santos at a block that a popular gang was taking over with the name Ballas. Zaki joined the gang Ballas when he become a teenager. Zaki grew in his hood and earned much respect. he started to get trusted from the gang leader with the name David and got ranked up really quick because of his experience. He was always doing a great job and always showing that he can handle hard situations. One time Tyrone the gang leader made him lead a robbery that was quite difficult and he did it perfectly because of his experience and communication. Zaki was really good at making plans strats of anything. He was a really smart guy that everyone needed. one day when Zaki was walking in some other hoods he saw a drunk guy torching a girl really bad for no reason he wanted to go there but he was scared to die because it wasn't his block and he didnt want to riskhis life so he just left. the girl that got tourched didn't leave Zakis mind so he decided to become a good person and save the others. He contacted a guy named Richard and got into Military, From that day this guy became one of the best serving officers. He worked in Sahp for about 3 monthes and got invited to other Legal Orgs such Military LSPD and others. He got hired for most of them but didnt like them as much as loving SAHP. He enjoyed being in SAHP and put all his mind into it. He was a really good officer that really understandable, kind and did his job from his heart to save people like the girl that got tourched.

Zaki's time in SAHP was distinguished by his exceptional empathy, kindness, and commitment to his job. As he had wished to save the girl from the suffering he had witnessed, he approached his work with sincerity and a strong desire to protect the defenseless. Zaki gained respect from both the department and the residents of Los Santos as a result of his dedication and selfless service.
Because of his excellent work, Zaki's superiors were aware of his dedication. He was elevated to the prestigious position of Chief of Staff within the SAHP due to his excellent character and leadership potential. As chief of staff, Zaki enhanced the department's operations, fostered community trust, and improved departmental performance.
As Chief of Staff, Zaki drew on his distinctive background and experiences to put forth cutting-edge tactics designed to boost community involvement and build trust between the people who law enforcement is supposed to protect. His leadership turned the SAHP into a symbol of resiliency and hope, demonstrating his unwavering commitment to preserving and saving lives.

1- Zaki have the power to remove anyone from wanted list
2- Zaki might not want to identify him self when doing corrupt activities when someone asks for it
3- Zaki can go to ghetto and be apart of criminal activity such as robbing
4- Zaki can sell buy items from black market (not ORG weapons)
5- Zaki can break any of the 10-15ยดs bodycam by using (/try breaks bodycam and SSD)
6- Zaki can take 100k (maximum or illegal stuff like guns) as a bribe to let criminals go
7- Zaki can lie about requesting the 10-15 a lawyer or deny the lawyers request
8- Zaki can leak info to criminal by getting money (100k max)
9- Zaki can do illegal activities like his criminal past. (Ghetto, Robbing, and Illegal actions when off duty, the rest of the things can be done on duty, Not against LEOs)
10- Zaki can use illegal/painted guns both on and off duty, whether he robbed it from a victims or bought it from Black Market
