2.Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
A) I want to be Ballas Leader because i want to make the Ballas very Dangerous gang of City. i had stayed in gangs from very long time and during this time i had gathered alot of connections all around the city so i can really bring big numbers of people and make the Ballas more active gang than it had been in his past. i have proper teams for every work so every work can be done on time and can be done in very best way.
B) Secondly, i had noticed that people joining the Legal orgs alot more than Gangs because they get more benefits to make gangs more active i will do fun events inside the Gang and i will give extra Bounous to the Grafti team so they can keep doing their work and bring us all profit of Graftis. and i will also make sure that Ballas is attending all clands and doing FZ, store robberies everyday with Big Numbers.
C) I want to show the Legal orgs that Gangs are not weak by wining all the events. i will bring the Best HC team of all time who know rules and know how to do RP proper and i will make sure the people who are doing hard work for the gang get the HC people who are not active or doing nothing for gang will not get HC and i will take actions agaisnt people who will break the rules.
3.Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
1) I think only people who knows how to give Respect to others and HCs should be invited in gangs who not know this they must be removed/ should not be invited in gang.
2) I will get people from all time zone especially HCs so ballas can be active all the time .
3) I will make sure that Ballas get %100 and i can do this easily as my turf team had done many %100 in different servers.
4) I will give chances to new people so they can have fun in gang and they will get equal rights as others.
5) I will Take strict Actions agaisnt the Toxic peoples and their will be no space for toxic peoples in my gang.
