2.Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organisation? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1.I have a big Experience i was in LSPD High Command i was chief of staff and commander.I Join LSPD under Rodrego Gracia term and was promoted to Commander of HR under Rodrego a little break in city 3 I joined LSPD again under Chanush Movva term until LSPD disbanded With Rank Commander and i am High Command at Fib,ng and SAHP.
2. Experience I joined EMS for a month. During term of Zach Noor,i Join LSPD at Rodrego Gracia And Chanush Movva,I join FIB At Elon mosse,John Profit,Luke Hulk Term I was promoted to Commander of HR department and I had given chance to work on casefiles.And assisting in Each position Of Commander I handled most of negotiation to make sure The Country is safe and evidence is gathered aswell. I truthly believe we can make an amazing organization with amazing people.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
1- Fight Toxcicity in the community and make sure the community is friendly as possible to make the rp more fun for others
2- Should Check every soldier in the LSPD for their work and reward them bonuses that will be given everyday
3-Should Check every Department Leader For No Strike and warnings Do Some Works and Some Tasks

Human Resource:
Review Applications, Hiring of people, training officers through videos and Documents.
Internal Affairs:
Checking The Gun License of the Officers and Check the Health Insurance of officers. Along with trunk searches to ensure there is no signs of corruption.
The Special task force:
Special task force units will be picked by the COS, with the approval of deputy chief and Chief of police.
Special task force units will only be the most highly experienced units as well as they understand a lot of the ooc rules and ic.
Special task force will be helping S.W.A.T and detective bureau at the same time.
The S.W.A.T:
Will be the fast response and special tactics department.
Swat will take care and lead Ghetto patrols as they will do 3 ghettos patrols in one week.
They will also lead events such as subs, aircraft, bank and many more.
Commander:
Commander Is Like A 00 agent in fib there are many ranks of Commanders They Have Goal They Need to do it Like Spec ops at Fib Like There is weed the need to work to remove it or do global for Another Org to help them at there missions They will Have Heavy Weapons.
