2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
- I chose to apply for ballas based on my previous experiences and I believe that I will be a good leader and have a good term and I think I can dominate the main ghetto and the beach ghetto I believe in myself and I think I can handle it and i think i can put my gang in a good position and i will work hard for it
-I want to be the Leader of Ballas because I think to manage well and I want to show our success in all events I will improve rp and i choose deputies very carefully and make sure everyone in the gang is respectful to each other and I will be careful not to be unfair and if someone in the gang makes a mistake I will warn him in the first place and I will ask him not to do it other than that, if he does it, I will either demote or kick from the gang, and also if someone wants to enter my gang, he needs to know the rules well and 10 year old, andd all I want is for everyone to have fun and be respectful

- İ will do so many events a likes fz , gun store , store rob , hostige stiuation if we can like this event
- We will push to %100 turfs with my turf team
- As Ballas, we participate in all single events
- Also i choose 4 deputies 2 deputies for turf other 2 for events and i will select carefully
- We're trying to win a car thief or informant
- We will active in both ghettos
- İ will give bonuses if gang members attended events
