2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Firstly, EMS was my first and only organisation I joined over a year ago, I have flew from the city and came back into the city a few times, and this is one of the times, I have left the city for around 4 months but I came back not long ago. I was deputy chief of this organisation for 2 terms and high command in EN 1 for over 5 months, so its safe to say I have lots of experience with EMS. I want to give leadership a try and will commit to it to my fullest, I was very close to leadership ( Deputy Chief )
Secondly, I have experience in running a team, I am an owner of 2 businesses in real life, so I know pretty well how to be organised and get a team of people to work, shouldnt be much different here. I am a very mature, but humourous at time. Being very strict can de-motivate a team, I like to motivate my team by being a funny person, offer rewards and create a friendly working enviroment, and I want to create something similar in my next term.
Lastly, my previous experience as Deputy Chief and High Command combined for over 7 months will get this team back and running nicely to how it was before. Here is a list of all my high command posititions across EN 1 and EN 3 : Dean of training, Dean of AS , Dean of MD , Head of Training , Head of AS , Head of MD , Deputy Chief. Safe to say I know everything to do about ems except labtech, although I was taught a lot about labtech as deputy chief in en 3, I may still not be perfect, but I have a plan to hire experienced high commands not only for labtech, but for all divisions, and keep the current high commands that are doing a good job.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
First 2 terms of EMS EN 3 was absolutely amazing! Everyoned loved their time here and it was the most fun nearly anyone had with us, I want to do the same the first 2 terms recieved, and hopefully even better, sure the city has changed alot, so it will be difficult but I will get around it.
I have realised the previous leaders have made some mistakes, although im not scolding them for it, because no one is perfect, everyone makes mistakes, I will come back and fix those mistakes. There are some changes the leaders made that I personally think has made EN 3 EMS not stand out from the rest. With the first 2 terms of EMS EN 3, Ace Burberry , Henrietta Longg, Myself and the rest of the former high command team have made our absolute best effort to make this EMS as unique as possible which was very attractive for the other citizens to join and try out this new and unique EMS. We have made this a very fun term not only for us the high commands, but also the employees, and my goal is to try and make this term as close in similarity as it was in the past.
I want to improve roleplay by closely paying attention to all employees doing their job and reward them for the good roleplay, this has yet not been decided on what rewards will be given, but my plan would be cash bonuses, I understand there is a withdrawal of 1 million per day, so if that would cause the bonuses to be over a million a day I will either lower the RP special bonuses to terminate them all-together. My first week of leadership will be mostly based on experimenting what works best and what doesnt work.
