I want to apply for leader of EMS
1) Having most experience:-
I am part of RP life since 3 months, I have spended my most of life in ems while helping citizens of state. In city en3 I am chief of staff and high command of ems.
I also have dept knowledge about training of new employees and how system work IRL
Example: In ems all records are maintained in sheets regarding shifts and promotion, having experience of its help me to be a best leader not only in IC but OOC also
2) Staff management:-
As I mentioned before, I am been part of ems. I have leaders who are tensed and can't able to do proper staff management in rush hours. Night shift is very crucial because of we having citizens with different time zone,I think I have great plan for in
3) No partiality:-
Everyone is equal and have right to speak anytime if they suffering from any harshment from another employee and equal action should be taken disrespect of any rank.Work should be encouraged and accordingly promoted.
Example: some staff members promote their friend which is not compatible with their contribution towards EMS
I have alots of advice to put
RP at its highest and some of them are mentioned below:
1) Ems is basically a place where RP is very important, Employees should maintain RP while they are giving pills, employees should not tell stage of disease rather than that they should tell mild, serious and hazardous
2). Employees should maintain rp while healing their patients
3). effective use of radio and it's code
Still have many advice but it is practically not possible to write each and everything
