Dear bobby , I dont know how to start because I am really feeling guilty so much and ashamed that I am literally nervous while I will be appealing for it .
So Ik I have disbanded due to serious irl issue which I was facing told the curators about it but sadly They didnt und my problem but still I am glad that they gave me a chance and Now in this time people is saying en3 leader quality of state have fallen down and Idk about it but yes I could say that before en3 leadership and its working was so good and perfect but now its not like that specially NG and for that many people is also not applying as people lost interest like the Good peoples and experienced , But now I am asking u for a one very last chance ever u would give to me for NG and this time I will go for NG and If I got it I will take the term smooth by following all curators demand if not u can blacklist me from en3 and I want to show all people that NG can also be on Top when it goes under a good leader , I think everyone deserves a 2nd chance and many leader in past have disbanded their terms for many reasons but didnt got leader blacklist most of them and some of them got another chance for leader and rocked in the field , Like good exp : - Steve ( Got prob in ems en1 but came to en3 got chance again and did very well ) , Luke ( disbanded his SAHP term came to FIB and rocked ) etc so I also think im now capable for a 2nd chance if u guys could consider for me for the betterment I would bring , At last bobby even if u reject I would respect that because as a really senior admin u would want better for EN3 server and try to maintain people and quality at the same time so if u think Im good then All I am wanting is a last removal from blacklist trust me I will try my best to gain trust of u all by a amazing performance , Thanks for reading and giving your time towards your any decision made towards mine . ( U could check I have came to game after a 40 + days , now I might be inactive in en3 as I have nothing to grind for )
