The answer provided doesn’t tell me how they’re allowed to ICly blacklist someone by their OOC ID. It makes way more sense to blacklist someone by their name and OOC ID from getting a lawyers license and maybe even to blacklist them from gov. Hey even a blacklist from gov for 30 days would be appropriate for someone abusing a lawyers license, but it doesn’t make sense that an IC player would be allowed to blacklist someone from all LEO organizations giving the player even after they’ve changed their name, no opportunity to ICLy enjoy any legal organization at the word of someone who’s NOT an admin (referring to the IC player who created the blacklist in the first place).

The abusing of the lawyers license happened while I wasn’t even in a state org anymore and it was issued when my name was Vee Venetia, before I abused it I changed my name to vAnimated Venetia. So I’m not understanding how an IC player can blacklist someone by their OOC ID rather than their badge number that doesn’t change no matter what org they join

What I’m trying to do is join a legal org I’m not trying to get another lawyers license. After I change my name they should have no IC knowledge as to who I am in the first place however they’re using my OOC ID and immediately just kicking me. I’m not denying the fact of what I did to put me in such a position, what I am saying is that ICly it’s not fair to prevent them from joining any LEO organization other than gov over something they did with a lawyers license while they weren’t even in a state org, anyone could have done it as you can pass a lawyers license to any player

By script you can put person in org or global blacklist for 30 days maximum which means that blacklist is invalid. State orgs can refuse to take you back even if you changed your name as long as they have proof of your passport number before and evidence of you breaking rules multiple times in the organisation before
