Shabah held a prominent position in a gang known as the Vagos, and he persuaded Billie to join their ranks. This marked the beginning of Billie's criminal life, engaging in activities such as kidnapping, drug trafficking, gunrunning, and even illegal organ trade.

Billie's life took a significant turn when he became involved with the Vagos gang, led by Shabah. To prove his worth to Shabah and the gang, Billie attacked an FIB officer, showcasing his abilities in hand-to-hand combat and weapon proficiency. Fearless and known for his dominance over rival gangs like the BLOODS and Families, he earned a reputation among the city's criminal underworld. Billie played significant roles in various gangs and developed a voracious appetite for wealth through robberies.
