Hi Senior Admins/Curators,
I want to put this thing in focus that there has been clear favouritism in choosing the EMS leader.
As you can see, Rejected - Leader of EMS | Adonis Oberoi during this time, I was on consideration and just after that without any fair chance of an interview or proper reasoning that why I was not selected, they rejected me. You can see the proof here - Rejected - Leader of EMS | Adonis Oberoi
After this, I changed my pitch for leadership and applied again so that this time the application is better and more suitable for the current EMS scenario. After I put in my application, EMS curators did not even see my complete pitch and rejected me as they rejected me in just 2 minutes. You can see the time difference here:
I have served 3 terms now, 2 terms as a Division Chief in the EMS, on what basis I want to know I have not been given a fair chance to give the leadership interview and the guys who are not even part of EMS or just joined EMS are getting a chance to be leader.
Please check if this is family favouritism or what. But I feel I deserve a fair chance for a leadership interview as I have served EMS more than anyone in contention right now.
