As you can see in the beginning of the POV i parked my car in GREEN ZONE. But someone hit my car with his car for getting out my car to out of green zone and he stole my car.

Recently, everyone has started stealing cars from the green area, and I'm adding another forum here as proof. Therefore, the rules need to be updated and the punishments need to be more deterrent.
