Also I didn't see in the rules that it is forbidden to go on the roofs in the first person (FPS) or can I use it like these people who enter the area by helicopter or by car? im telling you what Valeria said, that there is no punishment for something that is not in the rules.

Using a parachute to get in or armor to go through the zone or first person forbidden but this has nothing to say it is forbidden unless it is abused some how.
