2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1 -Experience in city 3: I was in SAHP as a Assistant sheriff and i am also in FIB as Head of Department i also was in Ng as Major.
2 -Experience in city 1: I joined the grand Rp in city 1 around1.5-1.7 years ago. I joined NG from start after2 terms i get Highcommand because i was working for NG very hard.in Hooli's term i got promoted to Head of Department of HR , I was promoted Major in Henry's term and I had given chance to work on casefiles.on Rank Major They gave me pemission to handle every thing.So I handled most of negotiation to make sure The Country is safe and evidence is gathered aswell. National Guards (NG)has a lot of potentialand with a good leader, I truthly believe we can make an amazing organization with amazing people.
Then i Went to SAHP to gain more experience and i worked very hard for SAHP and they trust me and hand over a HR department to me and i was stayed in SAHP for 3 terms and i went to GOV after thisi also experinced LSPD.i also experienced EMS
3- As a Highcommand i spend 9-10 hours daily in state orgnizations such as FIB,SAHP And LSPD i have the experince to manage the National guard and make sure to offer good bonuses for soldiers that will work hard and make the orginzation active and ready to make the orginzation a better place to come
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
1- Fight Toxcicity in the community and make sure the community is friendly as possible to make the rp more fun for others
2- Should Check every soldier in the National guard for their work and reward them bonuses that will be given everyday
3- Should Check every deparment leader for the work they do whether good or bad and reward them
4- Should Focus on Rank systems and doing cermonys each week to give people a chance of getting up in ranks faster
5- Should Focus on improving the level of rp in senarios such as hostage situation and store robbery
My departments -
Regiment recruitment : This is the rr team main work to hire/fire unit's , give training's , make promotion ceramony list also make bonus list by checking logs and this department will have good amount of bonus for thier work's .
Airforce : This is the air force team in ng which is the pilots of army who will scout the air during raid hours and give air supports to ammo runs , give assistant's to sasd's training and transportation help in events .
Sasd : This will the special forces of ng who is mainly the backbone because they will handle ammorun's and ghetto patrol's lead or take lead as a ng in any events ng attends and this will a strict and hard department to join only selected for the deserving ones .
Military police : This is the top department in ng which will check logs , search trunks , give strikes and have the authority to handle the base when Leader is not available , have org meeting , Check people if they are corrupted or not , do activity check etc .
CM : This is the medical team which have to be certified by the ems hc and have to help and patch our units when we are in need of it and they must know many kind of knowledge of medical and must know rules and shouldt patch while active 10-10 and we will also provide them with many kinds of medkits and etc .
