So my ban has been extended by the respective admin Notix Haze, who recently banned me for 6.8, which is like a 3-day ban, and I somehow messed up with the format while filing the complaint. Anyway, it was a 3-day vacation, so I didn't bother much later, but I did hold grudges honestly. As I mentioned in my previous appeal, this administrator is a bit biased and shows partiality when it comes to judgment and his administration. I strongly believe that he is after banning me in every possible way out of retaliation. Here is the forum link where I mentioned his partiality: Rejected - Wrongful Punishment | Notix Haze And here is the proof of conversation between me and him on Discord, where it clearly shows him holding grudges against me as he mentioned it: Gyazo. So he banned me for using the F word on him or some other admins on personal DMs between me and someone else who is not even an admin. Discord is OOC and personal messaging platform. He used a screenshot of a personal DM between me and someone else to ban me for having a personal opinion. Well, I have had great experiences with a lot of administrators who were friendly, fair, helpful, and humble enough. I know talking about someone like that, using slurs, or being so vocal is not a nice thing to do based on the actions of some individuals. It is not so nice of me, but still, it's personal DMs that were used against me by this admin. Here is the proof of me abusing admin in personal DMs with someone I know: Gyazo, Gyazo. I know West Mafia is one of the top families in this city; there is zero doubt about it. Somehow, I felt that he only approved forums as early as possible rather than reviewing older forums first. So if an admin uses my personal opinions against me to ban me from this server, I can expect the worst from him. I just wanted to mention that this is the person from Grand who got banned last year for doxing a senior admin last year, I believe this person have no respect when it comes to respecting someone's privacy and personal opinion. Therefore, I believe this punishment was unethical, and there is no such rule that can be used against a player having a personal opinion on some admins unless it's a project disrespect.
