2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
-I've been underdeputy 3x Bloods in En1 and now I've been underdeputy in Families and I believe in myself and choose very carefully in deputies and based on my own experience I say that I believe I can bring marabunta to a good place and I think I will be a successful leader
-I think the previous leaders couldn't bring marabunta to the fore, but I believe in myself and I think I can bring marabunta forward, I also saw that other gangs made mistakes, I think I can prevent this and I think I can move forward without making mistakes. Also, what I couldn't see in other gangs was that they couldn't improve rp, I think that I can do that and everyone can do it. I'm planning to form a gang where he is happy and respectful and I and my deputies think we can do it, I also think that I will be fair to everyone, besides that, in general, gang turf will be on top, but I think we will participate and dominate each event

- I select 4 deputies 2 for event 2 for turf also i select my deputies carefully
- I will get good membership
- Stay active in the ghetto with robbing and active scenarios to improve people’s role play.
