Player ID 44321 will be Punished for RDM and Mercy Killing ( As you have to Engage in RP before Shooting if you are outside Ghetto and MK because A cop can be saved by his fellow leos or he could have made and call for Ambulance by Finishing him you were avoiding the RP)
Player ID 44321 41893 will be Punished for MG
ID 41893 will not be punished for RDM as he was getting arrested and was already engaged in RP or a gunfight
And as for RDM for ID 104693 in his POV you started Running and took out a Rev and started Shooting So as a leo he can shoot you back
So No RDM for ID 104693
