This was an accident by me and I do apologize but after which he waited for me to land a bit later then DMd me while I was unloading and i believe this also breaks the NLR. Please see video link

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report

• ID 39081 will receive a punishment for VDM.
• In the evidence provided, player 39081 is seen crashing into your plane with his, resulting in your death. He does not get out to try and assist and it seems he did not attempt to slow down when going towards you.
• ID 34902 will receive a punishment for DM in the city.
• Whether he killed you intentionally or not, it is not allowed to kill them within the city. From both clips, I cannot conclude whether or not you were revived or fully died.

If you feel the punishment the administrator issued is incorrect, feel free to file a Punishment Appeal.
