I got a warning because of the forum I presented in the Evidence section, but I did not enter hq for no reason, I saw that the person violated the rules, you can tell from the POV. For this, I approached him to see the person's ID, but I got a warning for this, but if I can't see the person's ID, how can I open a forum for him?

As you can see, I do not log in to hq at first, but I log in to hq to see the identity of the person and I do not even harm the person.
