Faruk Tabutoglu was born in Turkiye/Eskisehir. He worked as a Prison Guard and during this period he met with Arap Sukru. Arap Sukru was a prisoner at the prison he worked. He saved Arap Sukru from various assassinations and managed to create a relationship with him. After 1 year Arap Sukru and his friends started a jail riot and managed to take over jail management. While the riot happening Arap Sukru saved Faruk from other prisoners and took Faruk as a hostage. After negotiations, they managed to leave the city while Faruk is still hostage with them. After arriving in the new city Faruk decided to work with them and started doing illegal jobs. They started with basic car theft after that they went for bigger jobs. Robbing people, Blackmailing people, etc. As you can expect after consecutive robberies most of the state organizations were looking for them and their gang. FIB created a trap for them and worked with their rival gang of them. While Faruk and Sukru waiting for a ceasefire between the two gangs they were trapped. After being outnumbered by the rival gang and state organizations they decided to get some help from their friends. Kerim Marcellus both joined to skirmish with their friends on Faruk and Sukru's side. At the end of the skirmish, everyone managed to run away from the situation with heavy losses. Everyone was aware they were at the end of the road so they decided to leave the city. Their next target was Los Santos because of already existing gangs and high crime numbers. After arriving the Los Santos, they decided to lay low and create a family together. They created a family called "Tabutoglu" and tried to gather numbers. While the trio was laying low Faruk did the opposite. He went into shooting against LSPD and FIB at this shooting he was heavily injured. With his friends' help, he got patched and left the city. After Faruk leave the city Sukru was selected for the leadership and from now on they don't lay low anymore.

After the latest events, Tabutoglu was trying to get a hold of the city. They were trying to get some shooters and valuable people into the family. The best way to do that was to purchase the info from some corrupt officers so they waste less time.
For the best information, they had to work with the best organization in the city F.I.B. Arap Şükrü was trying to have a good relationship with some corrupt officers so he could get the information. To do that, he must put a trustable person to F.I.B. For that, he found the Kunter Marcellus. He was very trustable and had reliable references. Kerim Marcellus and Luna Marcellus. Kunter was a young lad about to finish his university studies and he already had plans about joining the government hierarchy. After having a deal with Arap Şükrü, Kunter provided a lot of information to Arap Şükrü about corrupt officers and illegal things going on inside F.I.B. With the knowledge he got from Kunter, Arap Şükrü managed to get a good friendship with corrupt officers.
Tabutoğlu was making a lot of money with the information he got from corrupt officers and had a lot of important people in the family. One day while doing another job, Arap Şükrü all of a sudden disappeared and no one has seen him since that day. No info, no evidence, no witnesses, not even a camera record.
After the disappearance of the leader, Tabutoğlu Counsel regrouped and decided to select a new leader. At the final of the council's decision, Kunter is selected as the leader of the family. After the selection, Kunter left the F.I.B and became a Tabutoğlu. Today he is known as a Kunter Tabutoğlu.
