All in POV,

Constantly not showing fear when 3-4 cars are trying to pull him off, non rp driving and abusing ghetto borders.

Reason : For Pulling over need atleast 2 cars and 4 persons to stop them and you were 3 persons .
For Non RP driving he was pushed by the white car from the bridge .
There is nothing about abusing Ghetto border you can patrol ghetto more than two special officers.
