Dear mazhor
i have been banned for cheats without pc check 7 month ago but i didn't know the rules about filing a complaint .
and the main reason i got blocked for was due to high packet loss .
please take this into consideration

You were banned half a year ago which means too late for appeal+ provided to higher up administration evidence of you using cheats not high packing loss as you made complaint on 16th of January after you were banned+ it was related to your game freezing according to your screenshot which is another topic.
