I am here to request a unblock i am fully aware that i am not supposed to GR 1.9 (tax evade) I wanted to gift my friend the car because he didnt have any car available so i gifted him the only car i could gift for him to use and again i am sorry for it may i please get a unblock and wiped I promise to not do this again
