2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
2.1 - as a former High command under the past ruling leader of sierra victor I want to walk through his footsteps of being a really good Leader to vagos aswell as making vagos number one as always
2.2 - seeing my ID i have been playing since the release of grand rp. my experience thru the city was amazing and also dangerous as i experience multiple gangs shootout aswell as Robberies,Hostage situations,Attacking state Organizations,etc
2.3 - Being a former Hc in Vagos I have learned how to handle events like cland,battleship aswell as hostage situations since Sierra victor became a good role model for The past vagos members i plan to Lead most of the events aswell as encourage vagos members to strive there very best and effort to create a very Great experience to each and every members who are planning to join vagos
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
3.1 - More frequent activities Such as robberies,Hostage situations,etc
3.2 - As a leader i will have to choose other HC to lead and rule beside me And encouraging them to Host events everyday To inspire vagos members to attend
3.3 - This gang will learn the rules and everything from the city to the ghetto Being a youtuber im also planning to create videos explaining Activities such Battleship,robberies,hostage situations, and the right way to rob someone
3.4 - All HC Above 10 Will Conduct a series of 10 Major questions to make sure that only an experience person will join
3.5 - Lowering the City years req, as people conducted 15 years in the city is usually the most common rule for people to join but to the people who knows the rules and have answered the 10 major questions without taking to long (Maximum of 5 seconds) they can join the gang
3.6 - Teaching them the basics of Metagaming and Powergaming aswell To ensure that they are prepared to do activities in the ghetto
3.7 - Ensuring that members in the vagos will get bonus for their actions and there hard work in order every time they attend an event,
My goals for Vagos;
- Promising a good turf, its very hard to promise a 100% but even so my turfers will still get recognition for trying their best and effort in turfs
- I will gather and give bonuses to spray team and they must know all the locations of sprays in the map
- in Our vagos ghetto we rule that area and anyone who comes across our ghetto we will follow the rules but they will have to pay the price on Roaming our streets
- As a leader it is my duty to attend major events such as informants and robbing of Vehicle and ensure we are following the rules
- I will give major bonuses to star players who got parachutes in cland,Get a 100% in turfs,Lead and strategize battleships aswell as leading events
- i will punish and remove those who break the rules and forcing a strict rule of following the Ghetto rules in order for our gang to not have any warnings
- Will give a great experience for people who wanna live the gang life and experience really good RP
- Active in major events and having HC that will fill in the leading for me when im away from the city
- being the leader that they want and the leader that they will get
