2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
1. Based upon my many times as deputy and HC in illegal organizations and even a past leadership I didn't do too well at, I would like this opportunity to improve on my leadership skills and to show i can choose the right deputies and HC for the job that wont break rules that give us verbals/warnings.
2. I would like to be leader of Vagos specifically because of the HQ location, it is close to beach market which is big opportunities for robbing people who come right off beach market (if your at beach market to buy stuff you always have money) this would give us a great way to make the full 50k when robbing people and allowing us to make the most money for everyone to feel happy and some can go towards the gang balance to help us buy guns for events.
3. I will work hard to keep the gang active and to make sure we have a good amount of members spread out within the ranks instead of too many HC like a mistake I made the last time I was leader. Also I want to work harder than before to make sure I'm as active as possible to be aware of everything going on within the gang, issues, or being able to see the active people for bonuses/ rank ups.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
1. I will host store robberies daily.
2. I will do hostage situations often to keep LEOs occupied.
3. I will have my members constantly active within events.
4. I will make sure my HC go through a thorough list of questions before accepting new people.
5. I will work to keep graffiti profits on the high.
6. ALL members within the gang will be treated fairly and be respected.
7. I will make sure my gang is active in turfs.
8. I will make sure to see all the perspectives from my members and try to run a gang everyone enjoys.
9. My HC will ask many questions of ghetto/general rules before allowing members to join.
10. I will have my members rob not only in the ghetto but encourage highway robbing as well, this has become less popular throughout time, I want to bring it back.
