Due to the lack of higher-ranked personnel and field training officers, CoCo found himself taking on more responsibilities and working independently during his field training. Although this posed challenges, he approached each situation with a detail-oriented mindset and a strong problem-solving ability. CoCo's calm demeanor and empathetic nature allowed him to connect with patients, providing them with the support and care they needed during critical moments.
