2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
• One of the main reasons I am applying, is to create a leadership legacy that WILL be remembered. I have been part of LEO organizations for 7 months. During my time in many organizations, I have felt the need to take the role of leader and prove my competency. I absolutely love being part of an organization and now to get a chance to lead one, is one of my dreams. The idea of taking leadership and getting a successful term in, that people will remember is amazing to me and I want to turn that to reality.
• I feel like over the past few months, SAHP has lost the true motive and passion for roleplay. People are chasing ranks and that is it. I want to create such a environment where going through the experience is all, it matters. I plan to accomplish that via a strong and powerful high command team under me. Creating a good atmosphere for my co-workers to work in and helping out people is a task I want to accomplish through SAHP.
• Experience. The time I have spent in different organizations serving different platforms and department has earned me a lot of valuable experience and I want to turn it all in, for a good term. The idea of being a leader always intrigued me and I want to lead the people working for SAHP. This includes great response teams, well-functioning departments, successful special missions and so on.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I have a list of plans that I want to execute to ensure a good level of roleplay and realism in the organization.
• Increasing the usage of RP commands is absolutely necessary. Of course, it must not be over-done. But we should encourage officers to increase the amount of RP commands they perform during scenarios. This greatly helps to improve the roleplay atmosphere and bring a sense of realism to the situation. Officers will be educated on the idea of positively using RP commands to improve roleplay.
• The use of radio must be re-done slightly, these days. Officer mess on the radio, avoiding radio codes and just being hooligans on the radio. This must be fixed and radio-codes should be given more importance as to up, the level of roleplay. Officers should be encouraged to use more radio codes then basic ones. It helps to bring a good atmosphere to the working environment.
• Interactions with gangs and civilians should also be improved. In hostage situations, different methods of roleplay should be implemented to improve roleplay and in other situations like store robbery, officers should take more part in strategic planning and actually putting effort into the situation. Civilians should be treated in a better manner as to be more accurate and traffic-stops should be done more properly and calmly.
• Departments.

- Human Resources & Training.
- SWAT.
- Highway Patrol.
- Public Relations.
- Undercover (Only if we find good people to lead).
Number of high commands will also be slightly reduced to add value to the rank, as opposed to having more HC in numbers.
