Rejected - ooc insult |iD 30556 - here rejected
To explain situation - this guy at arrest time spamming in OOC chat about our guy power gaming what is not true because he is powergaming when 3 units from fort zacundo or 5,with weapons saying to him to stop cause they will grab his arm he still running away. he already cuffed and by RP he need to stay and follow demands. and i answered to him also about what kind of rulebreaks he did, cause he driving supercar on hill , flying over rocks, without RP he started to shoot us what also RDM
and if u can see on video - he not have any dialogues in RP chat with no1 only with me. And after i also start to spam to him back about his rulebreak he answered to me in IC chat. Yes admin can make decision about it was wrote down in RP chat - but if u look to full situation on video then u will understand it - he answered to me ... and answered in IC (where we didnt speak nothing) with insults. - this guy probably old player and know how to abuse that rule. And if u on screen cant understand situation fully, on video is clear. This guy talks only with me and answered to me. He know how abuse that rule where he can write answer in IC (where noone writed him nothing) and all around will say yes he insult in IC - its allowed.
Ok imagne situation - i just on beach market without saying names and ids will stay in front of any stranger and will write this kind of insults in chat without dialogue for ecxample
