LMFAO you were responding to our ATM robbery. We arent required to provide pov for non-circle events. There is no RDM, provide pov 1 - 2 minutes earlier so we can see your IC reason for showing up to the ATM robbery in the first place.

On top of that my IC reason for shooting you is because you are shooting at my family members attempting to kill/arrest them

Why are you so upset? Let's ask this, how did you conveniently happen to show up to our ATM robbery then when your organization's placement is way outside of the city? Was a global dropped? I can guarantee there was otherwise you could not have known something was happening here, so lets see 1-2 minutes earlier in your pov because you trying to make it look like people RDM you when we clearly didn't. Besides what more of a RP reason do I need to kill you if I see you shooting at my family members when you are in clear uniform and came our of an org vehicle all WHILE we are robbing an ATM? Where is your brain?

Why am I being pov requested to see if demands were given? Well well what do ya know, according to your pov, a global was dropped at the location to which you CLAIMED they did RDM. Nice to know somehow they did RDM when the person over the department chat even said it was a heavy 10-10 at the global and you still decided to go over there knowing that 10-10 means there is an active shootout

He doesn't need to provide his pov. The IC reasoning here is beyond clear, only reason you are so thirsty for his pov is so you know where he was that way you are prepared next time they rob another ATM. Nice try tho champ

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.

ID 3177 will receive the punishment for Gen Rule 6.15.
(ID 3177 was far away from the situation and sniped the LEOs, no ways ID 3177 could give the demands)
(RDM is not allowed even after having an IC reason but killing after giving demands is allowed if there is an IC reason)

ID 93126 will not receive the punishment for Gen Rule 6.15
ID 106327 will not receive the punishment for Gen Rule 6.15
ID 80171 will not receive the punishment for Gen Rule 6.15
(Was Engaged in KOS)

When LEOs are responding to an ATM robbery, they can start shooting into who's carrying a weapon as it is KOS, if there is no weapons were seen so they have to Role Play (Using taser and arresting the suspect). Moreover, the same goes for Criminals they can KOS as soon as LEOs are approaching in uniform and with loaded weapons.

If LEOs arrives normally without having a gun in-hand then Demands are necessary to give from both sides.
If Criminals knows they will be killed by LEOs then they can KOS.
If LEOs saws someone carrying weapon they can KOS.
