some guy punch me and I say "Punch me again you bitch" which isn't ooc insult he was being a bitch in game and hit me.

But the insult was to the guy who hit me I wasn't even talking to you nor were you talking to any of us it was an event, you weren't there to sort an issue, I get that now and it won't happen again but Insulting of the person (OOC) is strictly prohibited |Mute 180 minutes or ban up to 7 days. If possible could you please lift the ban and just make it mute please, I get that since you were there it technically is an ooc insult but I think that a 3 day ban is a lot just for calling someone a bitch after getting hit.
