They started shooting in the city without demands, alot of high ID's abusing the new carjacking system to do whatever they want. Ramming cars out of GZ, KOSing etc.


Rules state RP has to be initatiated before shooting, no demands were given just rammed out of GZ and shot at.


Their ID's are visible briefly after 1:03.
