On a cold night on the 12th of November 1991, Henry was born in London, UK into a life of luxury living in a mansion in The CIty of London with his Mother, Father and Brother. Henry had the childhood of a dream with his parents sending him to private schools and expensive universities where Henry studied until the age of 26 where he graduated medical school. He started multiple successful medical businesses and became a well known surgeon in the US for his miraculous surgeries. After handing over his companies to his most trusted employees, he moved to Los Santos and decided to join the Los Santos Emergency Medical Services to assist the Chief Bart Tate as his Deputy Chief. After joining Henry decides that he needs to start a new chapter in life. Henry has always thought about the life of crime and what it would be like. Although he was a Surgeon, he always wanted to know how it would feel to take a life instead of saving one as he mostly did as a Surgeon so on one faithful night, he took the life of a male walking his dog near the Los Santos Beach Market. Afterwards Henry got more and more into murder, taking multiple lives a few days after the first murder. he then became interested in drugs and started snorting cocaine regularly at his home in Vinewood Hills. Henry committed multiple crimes and started to break into homes and steal cars, he was never caught by the Police. Henry still occasionally goes to the Ghetto to commit murders since the Police do not regularly patrol that area due to the violence. He uses murder as a way to take his anger out on people after stressful shifts at EMS.

Henry graduated Medical School at the age of 26, with investment from his parents, he started his own private hospital and hired experienced nurses, doctors and surgeons where he gained his experience from, becoming a Surgeon himself. Henry Private Healthcare Corporation UK expanded into a chain of 22 Hospitals located all around the UK just 4 years after starting his first Hospital in Chelsea, London. These Chain of Hospitals were one of the best for specialized doctors and surgeons and had much shorter wait times for appointments and surgery which was something that the British population have always needed. Henry decided that because of his success he needed to start expanding his operation, he chose the US since he knew that profit margins were very high for hospitals due to healthcare not being free in the country. Henry started his first hospital in California and expanded to multiple locations within the US, after his US company was showing success he decided to step down as CEO of the UK company to focus more on the US company. Henry became famous and known for his miraculous surgeries and was known as one of the best surgeons in the US. After becoming a billionaire Henry decided to resign as CEO of Henry Private Healthcare Corporation US and hand over the company to his most trusted employees. One day he was contacted by someone called Bart Tate who was the Chief of Los Santos Emergency Medical Services and asked for the assistance of Henry to improve the hospital, Henry of course politely accepted as he was always interested in improving medical services and now serves as the Deputy Chief of Los Santos Emergency Medical Services.
