I am writing to bring to your attention a distressing incident involving a user within your platform. I recently engaged in a transaction with an individual who had posted an advertisement for the sale of a battle pass. Our interaction unfolded as follows:
My friend contacted the user in question after seeing their ad regarding the battle pass sale. I proposed an arrangement whereby I would provide payment in exchange for the battle pass. However, the user refused to proceed with this agreement and insisted on receiving the full payment upfront. Reluctantly, I agreed to pay the requested amount of 800k. The user then assured me of their imminent return after receiving the payment. To ensure transparency, I accompanied the user to facilitate the transaction. Upon arrival, the user proceeded to transfer the funds to their main account or potentially to a friend's account, with the intention of evading any consequences. Subsequently, the user provided me with miscellaneous and inconsequential items, falsely claiming that I possessed only 19GC (in-game currency).
Realizing the deceitful nature of the transaction, I demanded either the return of my money or the battle pass. At this point, the user coerced me into accompanying them to an area known as the Bloods HQ. Once there, they intentionally instigated a situation resulting in the demise of both parties involved. Despite the user being active online, they have since ceased communication, leaving me with no means of recourse. Given the severity of this incident, I implore you to take appropriate action against the user's account, as well as their main or affiliated account(s). It is my sincere hope that a permanent ban be implemented, effectively preventing any further fraudulent activities targeting me or other unsuspecting individuals within your platform.
I kindly request that you initiate an investigation into this matter, ensuring that justice is served and necessary measures are taken to safeguard the community from such malicious acts. Your prompt attention to this issue is greatly appreciated.
