2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation) 1- SAHP is one of my favourite orgs , so i would love to lead it.
2- I think SAHP deserves a good leader that will lead them to success so i would like to do that as i have the capabilities.
3- I want to make some small changes in SAHP that will have a huge impact on the organisation , and will make it incredibly fun and active.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Ranking system

28- Assistant Sheriff ( Will be in control of all the officers in the organisation make sure everything is running smoothly and help the undersheriffs and the sheriff) will be having 4 assistant sheriffs
27- Chief of Staff (will act as a curator of a department and take care of it with the leader , and give them weekly tasks as well as needed action like , strikes , replacements) will be having 5 chiefs of staff

Departments:
Internal Affairs: Officers in internal affairs will ensure everything in the org is going great by doing the following:
1- Background checks on our officers , it is important to make sure we didnt let in criminals in our organisations
2- Car inspections , it is necessary to inspect cars of our officers 1 or 2 times a week to make sure no one is storing illegal items , or stealing org items
3- Bodycam checks , bodycam checks will be done for , activity checks , needing proof of an ongoing investigation , or being a prime suspect of corruption
4- Strikes , strikes will be given to those who dont behave well , those who break internal rules , and those who cause trouble in the organisation.
5- Logs inspections , internal affairs officers will make sure everyone has their logs up to date and they are being used correctly because its a big part of the org so we can know whats happening and what everyone is doing.
Human Resources : Officers in Human Resources will be getting us the numbers , training newbies and helping everyone out by doing the following:
1- State waves : The chief and deputy chief of HR will be doing state waves regularly to get more officers in the organisation and keep up the activity
2- Promotions list : HR high commands will be making a list of officers that should be promoted due to hard work , and they will be getting their promotion in the weekly promotion ceremony
3- Training : HR officers will make sure every new officer is getting trained and trained well , in return they will be getting unique HR bonuses
4- Hiring : HR officers will be the ones taking care of hiring procedures and hiring new officers in general.
5- Interviews : HR officers will be the ones interviewing , upcoming officers that want to join SAHP
HR bonuses :
1 Training (any phase) = 15k bonus
1 State wave = 20k bonus
1 Person hired = 15k bonus
1 Application accepted = 10k bonus
1 Interview = 15k bonus
Special response team: SRT will be considered the muscle of the organisation and they will have unique perks.
S.W.A.T :
1- If you are an SRT high command you count as a special officer (SRT is a mix of SWAT and Undercover)
2- You have access to heavy weapons (not in scripted events)
3- You are the muscle of the organisation so the best shooters will be in SRT from chief of department to normal SRT operator.
4- You will be leading the trainings at NG's arena so you can train other officers that are not in SRT to be better shooters.
5- SRT High Commands will automatically get air certificate!
Undercover :
1- Only SRT High Commands can have the Undercover perks and go for Undercover patrols.
2- On undercover patrol you can go for busts, searching for wanted criminals and do a normal patrol but while Undercover!
Bonus system :
SWAT : Each Training conducted at NG's arena = 30k$ for each SRT officer that participated
SWAT : Every successful store robbery , gun store robbery and hostage situation = 20k$ for each SRT officer that participated
Undercover : 1 bust = 10k$
Undercover : 1 wanted criminal arrested (with valid bodycam) = 20k$
Highway Patrol: HWP will be a big part in improving the RP in the org , and its a very underrated department. Info about HWP:
As a highway patrol officer , your job is to ensure all patrols are going well through radio codes , paying attention and being serious by having full control on whats happening in the org (on the patrols side) .
1- One of our internal rules states that ONLY high commands are able to patrol alone , which means rank 25 and above , so while doing your duty as a HWP officer make sure no one that isnt a high command is patrolling on his own!
2- If you see someone going on patrol lets say with an additional and they dont give a radio call , as a HWP officer you have to tell them that they didnt send a radio callout and to make sure they do it next time. This will improve the RP in our organisation by miles!!!
3- The most important duty as a HWP officer is to make sure everyone is giving the right fines , whether it is for parking violations , traffic codes , or penal codes when someone is being processed. So always have your Penal Code document and make sure everyone is giving the right amount of fines as well as P.C's and T.C's !
U.S Marshals : U.S Marshals isnt a department but we will be having a specific amount of officers with this rank and they will have unique perks
1- U.S Marshals will collect evidence on the following : Los santos vagos , Bloods street gang , Marabunta Grande , The families , Ballas street gang , and Criminal Families
2- The Chief of staff AKA the curator of U.S marshals will make sure all the evidence is valid by validating it when posted in logs.
3- U.S marshals must try to get evidence in all events/criminal activities that involve gangs or ciminal families
Bonus system for all SAHP officers :
1 arrest = 5k bonus
each car towed = 10k bonus
1 scripted event attended = 15k bonus
5 hours on duty = 30k bonus
Every 2 hours on duty from 21:00 = 20k bonus
