Reviewed the game says you are banned

I entered the game 21-01-2022 and then I got afk. When I got up in the morning when I entered the game, it said you are banned. You can check the ss. I reached the official who banned me. It says you are not banned.(I was banned for cheating but I didn't cheat, if you want we can check pc)
